The KEC KC110 Series is a heat shrink boot adaptor for use where no screen termination is required, suited for a wide range of standard circular connectors and promotes various cable entry sizes. The KC1100 series features a compact design, sealed with heat shrink boot, with teeth on the adaptor body mesh with connector teeth for positive locking. The KEC KC1100 series has an integral O-ring for environmental sealing of the connector connection, requiring no special assembly tools. The compact size of the KC1100 heat shrink adaptor allows for installation in confined spaces, and is a cost-effective solution. The KC1100 adaptor is designed for defence, aerospace and industrial applications, if screen termination is required the KC2000 range of backshells are designed to suit all levels for screening requirements for EMI/RFI, EMP, TEMPEST and environmental protection, which are designed to assist in compliance with UK and EC screening directives.
