How can I pay for my goods?
We accept major credit and debit card payments through our website using the ‘Pay Your Invoice’ Page.
We also accept Bank Transfer and PayPal. Please contact your account manager if you wish to use these services.
I require a part number that is not listed on your part search, how can I find out if you have it?
We update our part search weekly, however, if there is a part that is not listed on our part search please contact us and we will be able to inform you.
Do you accept call off orders?
Yes. Please get in contact with your account manager to arrange.
How can I track my goods?
Please email your account manager with our order number to arrange delivery tracking.
How much will my goods cost to deliver?
All separate UK deliveries up to 10kg will be £12.50.
All orders over 10kg will have an extra charge
All non-UK orders are ex works
What is your minimum order value?
The minimum order value is £25.
