CE02 Series | MIL-DTL-5015

The Fujikura FJK CE02-2A Series connector is a reliable option for industrial equipment that needs to withstand harsh environmental conditions such as moisture, oil, and vibration. It is intermateable with D/MS series (MIL-DTL-5015 compatible), and the mounting pattern is the same, making it easy to switch. The three-piece insert design ensures the contact will not fall out or subside during normal operating conditions. The front insert is made of synthetic rubber, which can withstand a temperature of up to 125°C. When mating with plug connectors such as CE02-6A, D/MS(D190), or CE05 series, the CE02-2A Series conforms to the Class IP67 protection standard. The CE02-6A series plug connector is a waterproof option that conforms to the JIS-B-6015 and MIL-DTL-5015 standards. This plug is intermateable with the D/MS series connectors and is suitable for use in factories, tool machines, and other electrical equipment that operates in harsh environments of moisture, oil, and dust. The premating ground contact of the CE02-6A plug has conductivity with the shell to protect the circuit. It connects first before the other contacts and unmated last on separating connectors. Additionally, the plug is designed to offer class IP67 protection against moisture and oil. A gasket serves as a seal between the coupling ring and receptacle shell, and waterproof backshells and cable clamps are available if required. The CE02-6A plug is a reliable solution for industrial applications that require durable and robust connectivity.
