CE05 Series | MIL-DTL-5015

The Fujikura FJK CE05 series connectors were developed to comply with European safety standards, which requires industrial machinery, including machine tools, exported to Europe to conform to the standards since January 1995. These connectors offer full compatibility with MIL-C-5015, D/MS, and CE02 series connectors. The connectors have a premating ground contact that mates with the mating half contact first on mating the connectors, and unmated last on separation. This feature provides a path for any stray voltage to be shunted to a safe ground, preventing harm to the operator and voltage-sensitive equipment. The CE05 series fully conforms to the connector standard of EN61984 (DIN VDE0627), which is in accordance with the European standard of EN60204-1 for the safety of machinery and electrical equipment for machines. The products have been approved by TÜV Rheinla for safety. Additionally, these connectors feature a water/oil/dust structure and have class IP67 protection in the mated condition. CE05-2A receptacle connectors are IP67 rated in the unmated condition, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. The CE05 series connectors are a reliable solution for industrial machinery that needs to conform to European safety standards. They provide full compatibility with other connector series and offer reliable protection against water, oil, and dust.
