PFLITSCH 1420/11, high-quality lock nuts are designed to be used in through-holes without a thread and come in brass, stainless steel, or polyamide with a metric or Pg thread. For those using EMC cable glands, it’s recommended to use Pflitsch lock nuts with equipotential bonding. Thanks to their teeth, the lock nuts fray right through to the bare metal of the enclosure when tightened, creating a conductive contact that eliminates the need for time-consuming polishing.
