The KEC KC2500 Series is a EMC circular backshell with brand straps as standard, for overall screen termination. The KC2500 is a lightweight, compact backshell suited for all standard circular connectors, with high levels of EMC and environmental performance. Overall screening is provided by a band strap system, with the teeth on the backshell body mesh and connector teeth mating for a positive locking system. The KEC KC2500 features blind teeth for increased EMC screening capabilities, witha metal compression ring for enhanced environmental sealing with the connector and additional environmental sealing of cable system by a heat shrink boot.
