Amphenol’s SCE2-B-01K08-19PN, SCE2 Terrapin series of miniature push-pull connectors are specifically designed to withstand the toughest environments. These environmentally-sealed connectors are perfect for harsh applications, offering silent mating with high mating cycles and a lockable coupling ring to prevent connector break-away. The shell material is made of brass with black-silver (non-reflective) plating, while the contact material is copper alloy with 1μM of gold over nickel plating. The connectors are designed to operate within a temperature range of -67°F to + 248°F (-55°C to + 125°C), and can withstand 250 hours at +125°C. They are IP68 rated for sealing (mated and unmated) and can withstand 1 hour at 2 meters of submersion without leakage. The connectors are also salt spray tested for 1000 hours and are suitable for high altitude immersion up to 70,000 feet. These connectors are RoHS-compliant, making them a perfect choice for those who want to integrate an eco-friendly solution into their application.
