D/MS Series | MIL-DTL-5015

The D/MS A/B series connectors by FJK Fujikura are designed for Aerospace, Machine Tool, Measurement Equipment, Communication Equipment and other industrial applications that require reliable, high-performance connectivity. These soldering termination connectors are compatible with MIL-DTL-5015 specifications and come in a variety of plugs, receptacles, and accessories for cable-to-cable or cable-to-panel use.

With 12 shell sizes, 5 contact sizes, and 73 insert arrangements that feature blue removable inserts, the D/MS A/B series accommodates a wide range of applications. The connectors conform to MIL-DTL-5015 Class A and B specifications and have barriers between each contact to improve the dielectric withstanding voltage characteristic.Each plug and receptacle shell allows for both pin and socket insert assemblies, except for shell size 10SL. A combination of socket inputs and pin outputs is recommended for high-voltage equipment to prevent accidents. The shells have keyways for orientation and come in four alternate insert positions to prevent cross-plugging issues. The solder cups in the insert assembly face one direction for easier cable soldering. The connectors have zinc plating with black trivalent chromate treatment to comply with RoHS directives.
